Roll'd is one of Australia's most popular Vietnamese fast casual chains and one of the better options when you are trying to eat well without giving up flavour or variety. Vietnamese cuisine is widely regarded as one of the healthiest fast food categories in Australia and Roll'd makes it accessible across hundreds of locations nationwide. The challenge for anyone tracking their nutrition is that Roll'd calories can vary significantly depending on your choice of rice paper rolls, Bánh Mì, Phở broth, noodle type and protein. This free Roll'd calorie and macro calculator lets you build your exact order item by item and see the full nutrition breakdown in real time including calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, saturated fat, sugars, sodium and energy in kilojoules.
Select your menu category from Soldiers (rice paper rolls), Bánh Mì Vietnamese baguettes, Phở noodle soups, Bún vermicelli bowls, Cơm rice bowls, Việt Salads or Sides, then choose your item and the live nutrition panel updates instantly. The calculator covers the full Roll'd menu as published in the official Roll'd "The Nitty Gritty" nutritional information document, last updated by Roll'd in March 2026.
A Roll'd BBQ Chicken Soldier rice paper roll comes in at around 153 calories with approximately 10g of protein making it one of the lower calorie high protein options at any Australian fast food chain. A full Phở Bowl with sliced rare beef sits at around 350 to 400 calories with solid protein content depending on your portion. The Việt Salad range is one of the leanest options on the menu for anyone in a calorie deficit. Bánh Mì baguettes vary considerably depending on your protein choice so checking the calculator before you order is worth the 30 seconds it takes.
Please note that Meal Deals, Noodle Soups (Súp), Roll'd retail products and beverages are not currently included in this calculator as Roll'd's official nutrition document did not provide complete data for those categories. Ingredient customisation such as extra proteins, noodle swaps and low carb options is also not included as Roll'd only publishes whole dish totals rather than per ingredient data. These items will be added as complete nutritional data becomes available.
Nutritional data is sourced directly from Roll'd's official "The Nitty Gritty" nutritional information document, last updated 30 March 2026, and updated regularly to reflect menu changes. This calculator is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roll'd.

Not currently covered — Meal Deals, Noodle Soups (Súp), and Roll'd Products (retail range) are excluded as Roll'd's nutrition document contained no data for them. Beverages are also not yet built into this calculator.
Fields not tracked for specific items due to incomplete source data: Bánh Mì – Crispy Chicken (Trans Fat, Fibre); Sides – Crispy Chicken Wings (Sugars); Việt Salad (Gỏi) – Fat is not tracked for any item in this range, as the source table's column headers omitted a Fat field.
Phở Bowl – Sliced Rare Beef: the source per-100g figure was internally inconsistent with its per-serve figure; only the per-serve figure is used here. Cơm – Roast Duck: figures match the Bún – Roast Duck entry exactly in the source document; shown as provided, not independently verified.
Ingredient customisation excluded: extra proteins, extra herbs/veg, ingredient removals, noodle swaps and low-carb options (available when ordering) are not included, as Roll'd's nutrition document only provides whole-dish totals, not per-ingredient data. Only "Add Hoisin" and "Add Sriracha" are included on Phở, as the only add-ons with confirmed standalone data.
