Coaching FAQ's

Who will be my coach?

Our Uvolve team is made up of mulitple coaches. All our coaches are qualified nutritionist, parents and personal trainers with over decades of experience who can accommodate for both male and female clients. They all follow the same key coaching principles to ensure your targets and goals are achieved. Our administrator assigns your coach based on their availability, your goals, dietary requirements and training experience.

What kind of clients do you work with?

We have worked with thousands of people from office workers, busy parents, teachers, tradies, shift workers, defence force personnel, social & competitive athletes, emergency and rescue service personnel, personal trainers, nurses, administrators and the list goes on. There isn't a schedule we haven't come across.

Do you do meal plans?

We provide you with one customized example meal plan tailored to your pre-screen upon starting. We do not provide frequent/changing meal plans as our mission is too educate you on what foods you can consume to accommodate for your frequently changing lifestyle, taste buds and digestive requirements to promote a balanced lifestyle and longer lasting results.

When you join Uvolve, you will have access to our member's portal and community group where we (and our community) upload frequent recipe ideas to keep your daily menu fun, simple and tasty.

What are "macros"?"

Macros are macronutrients. Your body needs these nutrients in larger amounts in order to function properly as macro means large. In addition, all of these nutrients provide your body with energy measured in the form of calories or kcals. There are three types of macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

How do you figure out my macros?

When you complete our detailed pre-screen form, you provide us with all the information to specifically calculate your macro requirements for your individual goals.

Do my macros ever change?

Of course! We will assess your adherence and progress when you submit your fortnightly Check-In form. In your Check-In reply, you will receive your new macros if we feel a change is necessary.

What are check-ins?

Your Check-Ins will be an online form submission giving us a detailed overview on the progress of your health and fitness journey. We will ask you a collection of questions where we can evaluate your results, nutrition, training, habits, reflections and much more! Check-Ins are not compulsory but heavily encouraged and are sent out on a fortnightly basis from your start date.

Is exercise compulsory?

We heavily promote movement due to the scientifically proven physical and mental benefits but with our program, exercise is not compulsory. We will calculate your calorie requirements to accommodate for your desired activity level.

How do you construct my training program?

Just like your nutrition, your training programs are completely customised to your goals, limitations and availability to equipment/facilities. They will be written in 4 week blocks to promote progression and recorded in the Uvolve App. You will have video recorded demonstrations for every exercise and access to 24/7 support, including video submissions.

What about scans? ie InBody, DEXA, Bod Pod etc"

Body composition scans are a great tool to collect data and you are more than welcome to share your scan results with us. However, there may be lifestyle factor questions in your pre-screen that we will consider to calculate suitable and attainable macros for you.

Will you support me through my journey?

You betcha! On your Uvovle App, you'll have an in-built messenger direct to your coach that you can access 24/7. This way, you are able to receive support, recommendations, adjust training programs, send videos for feedback and much more!

What if I'm outside Australia?

We definitely coach international members but because we work very closely with the Australian and New Zealand Food database, our service is maximized (especially with nutrition) if you are from Australia or NZ. Unfortunately, we are not up to date with the product list in stores outside of these two countries. Knowing these products allows our coaches to give you the best and most efficient recommendations when altering your daily menu, however, our app does accommodate most countries' full nutritional database including, the UK, USA and Canada.

Do you accept international payments?

Yes we do :) speak to our team and we can kindly confirm if our payment gateway accepts your currency.

I need to change my bank details, how do I do that?

We have recently updated our payment gateway so if you signed up through our checkout page, you can acces your account dashboard HERE where you can update your details.

If you filled out our Paychoice form, please contact our admin at hello@uvolve.com.au and they can happily update your account.

Sounds great! When and how do I start?

It's as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Contact us HERE and we will send you more information and links to your Pre-Screen form which will reserve your start date.
  2. Our start dates usually fall on a Monday cycle so when it's confirmed by you and our team, you will receive your Welcome Email which will direct you to our checkout gateway.
  3. Then just sit back and relax until your start date. Because our programs are not templated and extremely personalised to each individual, we do require 4 days minimum for our coaches to thoroughly access your pre-screen and set up your account.

"I just started" FAQ's

I've submitted all my forms, what happens now?

All your forms will be processed to open your account with Uvolve. Your Pre-Screen will be sent to your assigned coach and they will get started on your program asap.

When will I have access to my app?

You will have access to your app on your selected start date.

How do I access my app?

We will send you an invitation link via email which will take you to your device's app store. You will also receive our welcome email on your start day with detailed steps on how to begin your journey with Uvolve.

Can I receive my nutrition information early to prepare?

If you would like to receive your nutritional information a day prior, as you are someone who would like to meal prep for the week ahead, please email through and we will do our very best to send you your information on Sunday rather than Monday. Although with our teaching of flexible dieting rather than set meal plans, meal prepping and 'eating the same thing each day' is not required! However, it's a good idea to have your favorite sources of lean protein (like chicken breast, lean beef, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, or tofu) and your favorite veg/ salad and fruit at home, which will help achieve lots of nutritious meals!

When is my first check-in?

Our check ins run on a fortnightly cycle so this will depend on your start date. You may have 1 or 2 weeks until your first check in.

When will my first transaction be?

Your first transaction will be on your start date. Your "Trial" period will be adjusted to line up with your start date.

Email our freindly admin team and they will sort out your account straight away.

What equipment or gym access do I need?

This will depend on what you have input in your pre-screen. If you have gym access, your program will reflect that. If not, your coach has already tailored your training to home/minimal equipment. You can message your caoch at any time for alterations.

How do I contact my coach if I have questions?

You can message your coach directly through the app at any time. This is the fastest way to ask questions, get support, or request adjustments.

What if I feel overwhelmed at the start?

That’s very normal. Starting something new can feel like a lot, but you’re not expected to be perfect. Focus on one step at a time. Your coach is there to support you, simplify the process, and help you build confidence as you go.

We strive to have these dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Can I change the delivery address after I've placed an order?

If you need to change the delivery address on your shipment, please contact the carrier once the shipment is in transit directly providing your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once our team has packed and shipped you order, you'll receive an automatic email with details of our shipping provider and your tracking number.
