How does your food tracker work

The food tracker in our app allows you to log your daily meals and snacks to help you stay on top of your nutrition goals. You can:

  • Search and log foods from an extensive database (including branded items and restaurants)
  • Scan barcodes for quick entry of packaged foods
  • Save and reuse meals or recipes you eat often
  • Track your macros (protein, carbs, fats) and calories in real-time

Can I add myself goals & habits?

At this point in time, it is not possible for user to input their own nutrition goals and habits, but simply get in touch with Uvolve support on your in-built messenger within the Uvolve app, and they can manually do it for you.
