Directions

  1. Prepare the Jelly Lite according to the packet instructions.

  2. Stir in the vanilla yoghurt until well combined.

  3. Pour into serving glasses or moulds and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 6 hours, until set.

  4. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
