Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving) 🍣
- 230g Coles Sushi Microwaveable Rice
- 30g Avocado, thinly sliced
- 30g Cucumber, diced
- 1 serving John West Salmon in Springwater, drained
- 10g Kewpie Mayonnaise 50%
- 1 serving Ceres Organics Roasted Seaweed Mild Chilli Nori Snack
- 1 tbsp Ayam Light Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Optional toppings
- Sesame seeds
- Pickled ginger
- Spring onion
- Fresh chilli
- Reduced-salt soy sauce

Directions 👩🏼🍳
- Microwave the Coles Sushi Rice according to the packet instructions.
- Allow the rice to cool slightly while you prepare the toppings.
- Drain the salmon well using a fork. Slice the avocado into thin strips and dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the prepared sushi rice to a serving bowl.
- Arrange the salmon, cucumber, avocado and roasted seaweed over the rice.
- Drizzle the Kewpie Mayonnaise and light sweet chilli sauce over the top in a zigzag pattern.
- Finish with optional sesame seeds, pickled ginger, spring onion or fresh chilli.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your easy sushi bowl!
