Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving) 🍓
- 2 Weetabix by Sanitarium
- 220ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk by Sanitarium
- 160g YoPRO High in Natural Protein Vanilla Yoghurt by Danone
- 125g Frozen Unsweetened Raspberries
- 12.5g Cadbury Dream White Chocolate
Optional:

Directions 👩🏼🍳
- Layer 1 – Weetbix Base: Smash 2 Weetbix into a bowl or container. Add almond milk and mix until softened. Add stevia if desired.
- Layer 2 – Protein Yoghurt: Spread 140g vanilla yoghurt evenly over the Weetbix base. OPTIONAL: Mix in 15g Uvolve Core Whey Vanilla Soft Serve to increase protein.
- Layer 3 – Raspberry Layer: Defrost raspberries in the microwave or on the stove. Mash with a fork and spread evenly over the yoghurt layer.
- Layer 4 – White Chocolate Topping: Melt white chocolate in a small bowl, then mix with 20g yoghurt and 20ml almond milk. Pour over the raspberry layer.
- Set: Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours, until chilled and set.
