- 200ml Egg Whites
- 33g Uvolve Core Whey Protein
- 1 serving YoPRO Vanilla Yoghurt by Danone
- 60g Fresh Raspberries
- 15ml Queen Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup

Directions 👩🏼🍳
- Add the egg whites to a mixing bowl and whip using an electric beater until light, thick and fluffy.
- Add the whey protein and continue beating until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish or ramekin.
- Bake at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness, until lightly golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly before topping with vanilla yoghurt, raspberries and maple syrup.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
