🥬 1 serving Cos Lettuce


🍅 50g Cherry Tomatoes

Directions


  1. Cook Chicken Schnitzel

    Prepare schnitzel according to packet instructions (bake or air fry until golden and crisp).

  2. Assemble Salad

    In a large bowl, combine cos lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, and parmesan.

  3. Top & Dress
