Nutritional Benefits 💪🏼
💗 Collagen protein – Supports skin, joints and connective tissue
🍬 Gelatine – Contains amino acids that contribute to joint and gut health
🍓 Jelly Lite – Provides flavour with minimal calories and sugar
These Collagen Lollies are a practical way to incorporate additional protein into your day, particularly for those who prefer snack-style options over shakes. Both collagen and gelatine are rich in amino acids such as glycine and proline, which play a role in supporting connective tissue, skin structure and joint health.
While collagen is not a complete protein, it can still contribute to overall protein intake when combined with a balanced diet. Including simple, enjoyable recipes like this can make it easier to stay consistent with your nutrition while still enjoying sweet foods in moderation.
