  • 8 Old El Paso Stand ’n Stuff Soft Tortilla Boats

  • 75g Onion, diced
  • 100g Coles Special Burger Pickles
  • 80ml MasterFoods Reduced Salt & Sugar Tomato Sauce
  • 80ml Heinz 100% Natural Yellow Mustard

Directions 👩🏼🍳

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef mince and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon until fully browned.
  2. Warm the tortilla boats according to packet instructions.
  3. Spoon the cooked beef mince evenly into each tortilla boat. Top each with a slice of cheese.
  4. Place in the air fryer or oven at 180°C for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove and top with diced onion, burger pickles, mustard and tomato sauce. Serve immediately.
