Storage & Meal Prep Tips 🧊

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Place sheets of baking paper between the cups to prevent them sticking together.
  • Freeze for longer storage and allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
  • These are delicious straight from the freezer if you prefer a firmer, crunchier texture.

💡 Tip: For an extra Biscoff flavour, add a small drizzle of warmed Biscoff spread over the top before serving. Keep in mind that additional toppings will change the nutritional values.

Nutritional Benefits 💪🏼

💗 Core Whey Protein – Provides a convenient source of high-quality protein, which contributes to muscle maintenance and repair.

🌱 Soy protein crisps – Add plant-based protein and a satisfying crunchy texture to the cups.

🥥 Coconut oil – Provides fat and helps bind the crispy mixture together.

🍪 Biscoff spread – Adds rich caramelised flavour, making it easier to create a satisfying treat without needing a complicated recipe.

🤍 White chocolate – Adds sweetness and texture, while the sugar-free option helps keep the recipe's carbohydrate content lower than it may be with traditional white chocolate.

These Biscoff White Chocolate Protein Soy Crispy Cups are a great example of how you can turn a few simple ingredients into a satisfying homemade treat. The combination of protein, carbohydrates and fats makes these more substantial than a traditional sweet snack, while the portioned cups make it easy to enjoy them mindfully.

If you're working towards a higher daily protein intake, incorporating protein into snacks can be a practical way to spread your intake across the day rather than relying on your main meals alone. Just remember that these are still a treat, so enjoy them as part of an overall balanced diet.
