INGREDIENTS




  • 2 Weet-Bix biscuits

  • 125ml Sanitarium So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 15g Uvolve Mix In Collagen Protein

  • 4g Whole Earth Stevia

  • 160g YoPro High Protein Salted Caramel Yoghurt

  • 2 Lotus Biscoff biscuits

  • 10ml Queen’s Sugar-Free Maple Flavoured Syrup




INSTRUCTIONS



  1. Prepare the Weet-Bix Base: Start by crushing the Weet-Bix biscuits into a bowl. Add the unsweetened almond milk and stevia, mixing until the biscuits are evenly coated and slightly softened.

  2. Layer the Mixture: In your chosen container or jar, spoon the Weet-Bix mixture into the base, pressing down gently to create an even layer.

  3. Combine Yoghurt and Collagen: In a separate bowl, blend the salted caramel yoghurt with the Uvolve Collagen Protein until smooth and creamy. Pour this yoghurt mixture over the Weet-Bix layer, spreading it evenly.

  4. Add a Sweet Drizzle: Lightly drizzle the yoghurt with the sugar-free maple flavoured syrup, adding a touch of sweetness and a hint of maple flavour.

  5. Top with Lotus Biscoff: Crumble the Lotus Biscoff biscuits over the top of the yoghurt, creating a crunchy, indulgent topping.

  6. Refrigerate: Cover your container and refrigerate overnight, allowing the flavours to meld and the Weet-Bix to fully soften.
