Storage & Meal Prep Tips

🧊 Fridge Storage

Store cooked crumpets in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes or in the microwave for 30–40 seconds.

❄️ Freezer Friendly

Air-fried crumpets can be frozen individually. Wrap in baking paper or place in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month. Reheat straight from frozen in the air fryer for 3–5 minutes.

🍽️ Prep Ahead

Mix the egg, milk, and collagen in advance, then toss with crumpets just before cooking. This saves time in the morning and keeps crumpets from getting soggy.

Serving Ideas

Enjoy warm for breakfast with a coffee, or as a high-protein snack anytime. Add a dollop of nut butter for extra flavour and healthy fats. Sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar or cocoa powder for a treat-like finish.
