Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving) 🍓
- 2 Weetabix by Sanitarium
- 120ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk by Sanitarium
- 3g Stevia
- 160g YoPRO High in Natural Protein Vanilla Yoghurt by Danone
- 15g Uvolve Core Whey Protein (Wild Strawberry flavour)
- 100g Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tsp Icing Sugar

Directions 👩🏼🍳
- Crush the Weetbix into a container. Add almond milk and stevia, then mix until softened.
- In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla yoghurt and whey protein until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the yoghurt mixture evenly over the Weetbix base.
- Slice the strawberries and layer them on top. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours, until set and chilled.
