🥚 1 Large Egg

🍦 50g YoPro Vanilla High Protein Yoghurt (Danone)

🌾 35g Plain Flour

💪 15g Uvolve Mix-In Collagen Protein

🍬 3g Stevia

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

🍓 3 Medium Strawberries (diced)

🥛 70ml Coles Lite Fat-Free Milk

🍪 1 Biscoff Cookie

🍫 10g Nutella (for topping)

Directions

1. Preheat

Set your oven to 180°C (356°F).

2. Mix Your Base

In an oven-safe glass bowl, whisk together the egg, YoPro yoghurt, milk, flour, Uvolve collagen, stevia, and baking powder until smooth and well combined.

3. Add the Strawberries

Gently fold in the diced strawberries for a burst of juicy flavour in every bite.

4. Bake

Place the bowl in the oven and bake for 20–22 minutes, or until the top is golden and the centre is fully set.

5. Cool

Let cool for 5–10 minutes out of the oven—this helps the texture set and makes it perfect for toppings.
