2 Weetabix by Sanitarium

200ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk by Sanitarium

150g YoPRO High in Natural Protein Vanilla Yoghurt by Danone

70g Fresh Mango

15g Raw Macadamias
Optional additions:

Stevia for extra sweetness

1 scoop Uvolve Collagen Powder to increase protein
Directions 👩🏼🍳

Crush the Weetbix into a bowl and pour over the almond milk. Mix until softened and combined. Add stevia if desired for extra sweetness.

Spoon the vanilla yoghurt over the Weetbix base. If increasing protein, mix collagen powder into the yoghurt before spreading.

Dice the mango and lightly mash with a fork. Spread evenly over the yoghurt layer.

Sprinkle macadamias over the top.

Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours, until set and thick.
