Ingredients (Makes 8 Balls / 6 Servings)




💪 15g Uvolve Mix-In Collagen Protein


🍦 1 Serving YoPro Salted Caramel Protein Yoghurt (Danone)


🌾 135g Self-Raising Flour (Home Brand)


🍯 1 tsp Natural Vanilla Extract (Queen)


🧂 Pinch of Salt & Sweetener to Taste


🍃 5 Sprays Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (Pam)


🍥 12ml Cinnamon Sugar (for coating)




Directions




1. Make the Dough


In a mixing bowl, combine the YoPro yoghurt, flour, collagen protein, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt.


Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.




2. Shape the Balls


Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.


Knead gently, then divide into 8 small dough balls.




3. Air Fry


Place the donut balls into the air fryer basket.


Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and puffed.




4. Cinnamon Sugar Finish


Let cool for 2–3 minutes.


Lightly spray each ball with olive oil spray, then roll in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
