  • 100g Lean Beef Rump Steak
  • 80g Black Swan Skinny Tzatziki
  • 20g Red Onion, finely sliced
  • 30g Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 40g Cucumber, diced

  • Dried oregano
  • Italian herbs
  • Fresh parsley

Directions 👩🏼🍳

  1. Slice the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and finely slice the red onion. Sprinkle with a little dried oregano or Italian herbs if desired.
  2. Season the rump steak with salt, pepper and optional dried oregano. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the pan and allow it to rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  4. Warm the high-protein souvlaki wrap in a dry frying pan for around 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable. Alternatively, heat according to the packet instructions using an oven or air fryer.
  5. Spread the tzatziki down the centre of the wrap. Top with the cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
  6. Finish with the sliced steak, fold the wrap tightly and enjoy immediately.
