This recipe is a fun twist on a classic burger, combining the convenience of a wrap with all the flavours of your favourite fast food meal.
Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving) 🍔
- 1 Simson's Pantry High Protein Souvlaki Wrap
- 125g Coles 5% Fat Extra Lean Beef Mince
- 1 Coles Lite Cheese Slice
- 36g Shredded Lettuce
- 15g Onion, finely diced
- Coles Special Burger Pickles
- 40g FroPro Burger Mayo Fit Sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Sesame seeds
- Jalapeños
- Reduced-salt tomato sauce
- Extra pickles

Directions 👩🏼🍳
- Roll the beef mince into a ball and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the souvlaki wrap onto a clean bench and position the mince ball in the centre. Using your hands or the back of a spatula, firmly press the mince until it forms a thin, even layer covering most of the wrap.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Carefully place the wrap into the pan with the beef side facing down. Press firmly with a spatula and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the mince is browned and cooked through.
- Flip the wrap so the bread side is against the pan. Reduce the heat slightly and place the lite cheese slice over the hot beef, allowing it to melt.
- Remove from the pan and top with shredded lettuce, diced onion, burger pickles and FroPro Burger Mayo Fit Sauce.
- Fold the wrap over like a taco or fold in the sides before rolling into a wrap. Serve immediately while warm.
