Ingredients (Serves 1)


🥣 35g Macro Organic Quick Oats


🌱 1 tbsp Chia Seeds


🥛 100ml Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk


🥥 35g Coyo Coconut Milk Vanilla Yoghurt Alternative


💪 30g Uvolve Core Whey Protein (Chocolate Milkshake flavour)


✨ 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions


  1. Prep the Base

    Add oats and chia seeds to a bowl. Pour over 125ml boiling water, mix through, and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.

  2. Add the Good Stuff

    Stir in almond milk, coconut yoghurt, cinnamon, and Uvolve Chocolate Whey Protein.

  3. Mix & Chill

    Combine well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Serve
