  • 50g Coles Bakery Stone Baked White Sourdough Vienna Bread
  • 80g Coles Low Fat Creamed Cottage Cheese
  • 25g Leggo's Pizza Sauce
  • 15g Coles Light Tasty Shredded Cheese

 

Optional toppings

  • Fresh basil
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Lean ham or chicken
  • Honey drizzle (not included in nutritional values)

Directions 👩🏼🍳

 

  1. Lightly toast the sourdough in a toaster until just golden. This helps keep the bread crisp once the toppings are added.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the toast.
  3. Spoon the cottage cheese over the sauce and spread into an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded light tasty cheese over the top.
  5. Place into an air fryer at 180°C for approximately 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling and lightly golden.
  6. If desired, finish with a light drizzle of honey before serving for a delicious sweet and savoury combination.
