🥣 200g Coles Perform Greek Yoghurt (High Protein)


💪 33g Uvolve Core Whey Protein


🫐 100g Fresh or Frozen Blueberries


🍯 10ml Queen Sugar-Free Maple Flavoured Syrup (optional)

Directions


  1. Mix the Base

    In a bowl, combine Greek yoghurt and Uvolve Core Whey Protein. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top & Serve

    Add fresh or frozen blueberries on top. Drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup if desired.
