Directions 👩🏼🍳

  1. In a bowl or jar, mash 50g of the banana until smooth.

  2. Add oats, whey protein, cinnamon, almond milk and maple flavoured syrup. Stir well until fully combined.

  3. Spoon vanilla yoghurt over the oat mixture and smooth the top.
