350g YoPRO High in Natural Protein Vanilla Yoghurt by Danone

33g Uvolve Core Whey Protein

125g Fresh Raspberries

35g Cottee’s Raspberry Jam

Crush the Weetbix into three separate containers, using 2 biscuits per container. Add 1 teaspoon of stevia and 150ml almond milk to each container and mix until softened.

In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla yoghurt and whey protein until smooth and fully combined.

Evenly divide the yoghurt mixture across the three Weetbix containers, spreading it over the base.

In a small bowl, mash the raspberries together with the raspberry jam until slightly chunky. Divide evenly across the yoghurt layer.

Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours, until thick and set.
