Gluten Free Brownies

Ingredients (Makes 15 Servings) 🍫

  • 80ml Maple Syrup

  • 80ml Coconut Oil

  • 33g Uvolve Core Whey Protein Chocolate Milk Shake

  • 80g Honey

  • 2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder by Macro Wholefoods

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 can of Chickpea (we used Macro Organics)

  • 4 Large Eggs

Directions 👩🏼🍳

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (fan-forced).

  2. Line a small loaf tin or baking dish with baking paper.

  3. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the centre is just set. A skewer inserted should come out mostly clean – a few moist crumbs are fine.

  7. Allow to cool in the tin for 10–15 minutes.

  8. For best texture, refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or overnight. This helps the brownies firm up and slice cleanly.

Storage & Meal Prep Tips 🧊

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • Freeze individual squares for up to 1 month – thaw before serving.

  • Slice with a hot knife for clean edges.

💡 Tip: Sprinkle extra cacao powder, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate chips on top before baking for added texture and flavour.

Nutritional Benefits 🍫

  • Chickpeas – Adds protein, fibre and keeps brownies moist

  • Whey protein – Supports muscle recovery and satiety

  • Cacao powder – Rich in antioxidants and chocolate flavour

  • Coconut oil & honey – Provides healthy fats and natural sweetness

These gluten-free brownies show that you can enjoy a rich, chocolatey treat without the guilt. They’re easy to make, naturally sweetened, and versatile – perfect for dessert, post-workout snacks, or a chocolate fix during the week. Refrigerating or chilling them before slicing is key for clean, fudgy squares that everyone will love.
