Ingredients (Makes 6 Cups)
🥣 23g Weet-Bix (Sanitarium, ~2 biscuits)
💪 6.67g Uvolve Mix-In Collagen Protein
🍫 1.67g Organic Cacao Powder (Macro)
🥜 5g Mayver’s Peanut Butter
🥛 15ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk (Sanitarium)
🍫 10g Lindt 85% Extra Dark Chocolate
🍁 10ml Queen Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
✨ 0.83ml Vanilla Extract
Directions

Mix Base
Crush the Weet-Bix into a bowl. Add protein powder, maple syrup, cacao powder, peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Shape Cups
Press mixture evenly into 6 silicone muffin moulds or cupcake liners.

Add Chocolate Layer
Melt dark chocolate and pour it over each cup to form a smooth top layer.

Freeze
Place in the freezer for 2.5–3 hours until firm. Pop out of moulds and enjoy straight from the freezer (leave 2–3 minutes at room temp if too hard).
