Crispy Chicken Rice Paper Roll
Ingredients (Serves 1)
133g Lilydale Free Range Chicken Breast Strips (Crumbed)
2 rice paper sheets (Roll’d)
50g avocado (sliced)
40g Praise 99% Fat-Free Coleslaw Dressing
1 tsp sriracha
10g lettuce
35g cucumber (thinly sliced, with peel)
15g coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots, no dressing)
Directions
1. Cook the Chicken
Air fry or bake the Lilydale crumbed chicken breast strips according to package instructions until crispy. Set aside to cool slightly before slicing.
2. Prepare the Rice Paper Wrap
Fill a shallow dish with warm water.
Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for a few seconds until it softens.
Place it on a clean surface, then repeat with the second sheet, slightly overlapping them to create a larger wrap. (Alternatively, make two smaller separate wraps).
