  • 133g Lilydale Free Range Chicken Breast Strips (Crumbed)

  • 2 rice paper sheets (Roll’d)

  • 50g avocado (sliced)

  • 40g Praise 99% Fat-Free Coleslaw Dressing

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 10g lettuce

  • 35g cucumber (thinly sliced, with peel)

  • 15g coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots, no dressing)


Directions

1. Cook the Chicken

  • Air fry or bake the Lilydale crumbed chicken breast strips according to package instructions until crispy. Set aside to cool slightly before slicing.

2. Prepare the Rice Paper Wrap

  • Fill a shallow dish with warm water.

  • Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for a few seconds until it softens.

  • Place it on a clean surface, then repeat with the second sheet, slightly overlapping them to create a larger wrap. (Alternatively, make two smaller separate wraps).
