  • 15g coconut flour

  • 50g suagr free choc chips

  • pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cream the Margarine and Stevia: In a mixing bowl, cream together the Flora Light margarine and stevia until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add Collagen Protein and Vanilla: Mix in the Uvolve's Mix In Collagen Protein and a dash of vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Incorporate Flours: Gradually add the almond flour and coconut flour to the mixture, stirring until you have a thick, dough-like consistency.

  4. Mix in Chocolate Chips and Sea Salt: Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

  5. Shape the Bites: Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form the dough into bite-sized balls.

  6. Chill: Place the cookie dough bites on a baking sheet or plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  7. Enjoy: Once chilled, the Collagen Raw Cookie Dough Bites are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Uvolve Tips

  • Texture Control: If the dough feels too dry, add a tiny bit of plant-based milk or water, one teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. If it’s too wet, add a bit more almond or coconut flour.

  • Extra Flavor: For an added boost, sprinkle some cinnamon or a pinch of espresso powder into the dough.

  • Storage: Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze them for longer shelf life
