Which package is best for me?
The package you choose should depend on your current health & fitness goals and experience. If you feel you need more guidance with your nutrition, the Nutrition Coaching service is best for you. Similar to Personalise Training. If you require guidance for both, the Full Coaching service is what you're after.

Do you have a minimum Term?
To ensure your body has enough time to respond to the coaching, we have an 8-week minimum term with all our packages. All our packages are ongoing subscriptions similar to a gym membership. Cancellation of your subscription requires an easy, hassle-free notification email.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. At any time during your minimum term, you can upgrade your package. You are able to downgrade your package at any time after your minimum term has been completed.

When will my first payment be taken out?
Your first payment will commence on your start date. When your online sign-up forms have been successfully submitted to us, we can secure your start date position.

Can i put my subscription on hold?
Current clients will have the option of our Holding Membership which allows them to take a break from their coaching while still having full access to their app and all recorded data and history. ​
​
How will I be making payments?
Your payments will be processed through our Direct Debit company. We can accommodate for monthly (4 weekly) and fortnightly (2 weekly) payment schedules. ​
